NON-PITT is a corrector of calcium deficiencies. It is a chelated fertilizer with the disodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA). It is presented in the form of micro granules and with a pH range of 2-9. The chelated fraction remains stable in a pH range of 6-14, for which NON-PITT results to be a very effective corrector of calcium deficiencies.

Calcium is an essential nutrient for the plants. It plays an important role in the absorption of other nutrients, in the growth and in the development of the plants. It is found on the cell walls and it is transported through the xylem. The availability of calcium is directly related to the rates of plant´s transpiration.

NON-PITT is specially formulated to correct calcium deficiencies. Therefore, its use is recommended from the beginning of the fall of petals until the fruits reach the 1/3 of its size. It is also advisable in periods of plant´s rapid growth.
